Our Spaces
Habitat isn't just rehearsal rooms — it's a working space built around the people who use it. At the heart of it is the communal area: a meeting point, a sitting-down-with-a-coffee spot, the unofficial green room for whoever's in next, with the kitchen and toilets all part of the same shared space.
Down the corridor are our 3 fully kitted rehearsal rooms, each one ready to go with full backline, PA, and the kind of acoustic treatment that lets you actually hear what you're playing.
Eight resident rooms house the artists, producers and bands who call the studio home base — the small details that turn a studio into somewhere you actually want to spend your day.
Communal Area
Perfect place to kick back and relax on your break in your session! We have on site toilets, Vending machine and most importantly.. Tea and Coffee!
This space is not just designed for artists using our spaces, we regularly host artist meet and greets, group sessions and much more!
Room 1
Room 1 was our first rehearsal to open after our expansion back in early 2022. Since then it has been used by artists such as Manchester legends Happy Mondays and Badly Drawn Boy, Rockers from down under Airbourne just to name a couple, and the many grass-roots artists which are the heart of habitat.
The room is approximately 9m x 5.2m and can either be booked hourly via the Jammed booking system or block booked out by emailing us.
Room 2
Room 2 is our Blackstar Amplification endorsed room! Kitted out with Blackstar Amps, this room is a must try! If you like your tones you can also hit us up with your orders for any amps!
This is the largest of our 3 rehearsal studios measuring 9m x 6m can comfortably fit up to 8 musicians. This room also has direct 16/32 Amp power feed for any artists requiring this!
Room 3
Now this room, Room 3 is a solid favourite for all our bands that use Habitat! Perfect for up to 5 musicians, this room is tight sounding full of vibes! The studio is approximately 6m x 5m so it is perfect for those smaller set ups.
This room is also available on jammed booking system for solo sessions at a cheaper rate, so perfect for the drummers out there battling with complaints from neighbours!
